Due to the personal-care nature of LEGACĒ deodorant products, and for hygiene and product-safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an order arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide a replacement or full refund for the affected product.

To request a replacement or refund, the customer must provide:

• Order number

• Photo of the affected product and packaging

• Brief description of the issue

There is no need to return a damaged or defective personal-care product unless specifically requested by us.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed.
